The marionettes are wooden puppets moved from high by wires.
Today, maybe each of us would be able to build a marionette, obtaining it from a few books, mostly foreigners, in commerce, either for participating in stages for its construction.
In all this, however, lacks a fundamental thing, which is perhaps the most difficult to overcome the obstacle, being able to understand, both technically and intimately, what is the "something" that lies at the heart of animation and be able to fully exploit the possibilities and limitations that offer these "simple pieces of articulated wood."
The word animation is not used at random, in fact means to animate, in the broadest sense of the word, which means giving life, movement and feelings. Ultimately, the figure of the puppeteer is what comes closest to the crown of creation, the demiurge able to control all activities of his subordinates.
In light of this, the last representative of a family of puppeteers that has its roots in the mid-1700, provides technical and artistic expertise with the organization of these workshops to help those who want to try this ancient but always present, kind of theater.
The internships will last for 16 hours, on Saturdays and Sundays - in places and dates to be determined - a kind of full immersion between the heads of wood and are dedicated to students, amateurs, enthusiasts and noble and sensitive souls.
